Health care for authors

Aspiring anthers like myself can be so focused on trying to get the next chapter done or finishing the next blog post for potential fans that we tend forget about taking care of ourselves. I have personally had to struggle with this issue for three years and I have found five great ways to take care of my health and not let it interfere with my ability to make time for my writing.

1. Healthy precooked meals are one of the best ways to make sure that the hours you spend writing does not interfere with your health.

2. Despite the fact that writingconsumess large amounts of time authors should always spend a mandatory 20 or30 minutes doing some kind of exercise.

3. The next and most important tip is mandatory hour long breaks from writing every day to prevent yourself from becoming overwhelmed.

4. Writing tends to use a lot of mental energy which my cause a person to reach for a bag of chips more often so, always keep healthy snacks like carrots or nuts available to you at all times.

5. Even though the creative process takes a long time always make sure that you get the mandatory 8 hours of rest every day so that your writing does not wear you down.
