Why is now the best time to start a business? Why entrepreneurs wait until the global inflation is over?

The high inflation and imminent recession would appear to be the perfectly wrong time to start a new business however history shows it is the perfect time. Microsoft, EA, Airbnb, Uber and several other major companies proved the value of taking that risk — all starting during a recession and during high inflation.

Several factors contribute towards starting a business now but the most important and often overlooked is the amount of highly talented recently laid off employees looking for something new. Those are the people able to both start new businesses but also the people that will seriously consider being involved in a new startup. Employees from these companies were clearly undervalued but of the highest caliber — and already know how to make a company succeed. Few times in the last 30 years has there been such a large volume of top talent available.
