Can we change our stressed reality?

Stress is a short word that can cause huge problems. I was never a stressed person, actually I used be a relaxed one, but nowadays I have faced an intense work routine and it has caused a big stress in my mind.

Controlling it has been a hard work lately and I am using some methods like meditation, breathing, some musics and mantras trying to bring more balance into my life. Most of the time I start thinking about "what are that issues?", "Where it came from?" and most important, "Why it plays with me that way"?

At last, when that questions show up, there is just one answer for it in our mind. We are living in a way that don’t make us fell deeply happy and we don't want it to our whole life. Maybe we just don't know how to change it.

I like my job, my colleagues, my clients but I don’t like the rush and the pressure on it. I think that is one of the common questions around the adults of my generation. We have been promised the world, an easy and rich life at 30 years old, but we found out that we have to work hard to have all these things, and sometimes we won’t get that.

So, will we wait for the magic change of the system? Or we really can arrange a new reality for us?
