Windows open and doors shut.

Oh; the longing for a human touch.

Never did we feel that this could be a reality

Never did we think this could be a luxury.

The world in a turmoil and humanity on its knees, could things go back to the way they were, please?

the future is uncertain as the enemy cannot be seen.

Be humble, be gentle, be helpful,

that is all that can be done it seems.

The promise of a better future and the legacy we pass.

Humanity’s own doing and saying;
