The Meaning of Life.

I really like the full-stop that occurred at the end of that sentence. It put an end to it. Just like I want you to put an end to that question if it bothers you. There is no meaning of life. Rather, there is no singular meaning of life in any sort of sense. I’m a very unpolished blogger I suppose this being my 1st blog post but I hope I do get better. I hope. I can imagine all my English teachers disappointed with my failure to get a grip over this language. I’m sorry but I have failed.

As I was saying, there is no singular meaning of life whatsoever. You go to anyone & they’ll come up with something deep,profound,intellectual or something bizzarely stupid to try to explain to you what the meaning of life is. What they are doing is just explaining to you the meaning of their life. To me, the definition of life described by a 4 year old child & that of a philosopher would be the same. The exact same. There is no meaning to it. No meaning to this. Whatsoever. If this is the first time this question has occurred to you, I want you to sort of take your eyes away from the screen. Chuck all the productivity articles away. They’re bogus. Don’t ascribe one event of your life or rather a single day of productivity to become this life changing moment that defines you & helps you find that purpose in your life. Chill. Nothing will happen if you take the next few minutes off doing something, same could be said for a few hours,days & all the time till you’re broke & have to go back to work again. I would advice everyone to not take life too seriously because the ultimate truth is we’re born, we live or rather, we try to live & then sort of fall into this monotony & then watch a movie about someone with an uninspired life, choke, get all inspired & then for a few hours the whole world is different till it is the same. That is pretty much what I would have you read. The rest of it you could do it at your own leisure. Don’t go blaming me for wasting your time on a shoddy article. You’re responsible for your own life. Not me. I couldn’t care less if you read a 100 more words, 10 words or you don’t read this at all. I really couldn’t care less. So shouldn’t you.

The only reason I took some time to write this because I don’t think you should think about this too much. It’s just a waste of your time. But then again if you do have to waste your time pondering over this question, I think it is best done in space because you know, since time is relative you could probably come back with this deep understanding of life & when you’re back on Earth you realize people have grown older still trying to find the answer to this question & you somehow managed to come back younger than your contemporaries.

The only problem I see with the world is — money. If there wasn’t money then I think we wouldn’t have any problems. I mean I don’t even know why we need money. I didn’t ask for the governments to exist, why do you want me to pay your taxes? I mean, anything that is a natural resource shouldn’t really be something I should have to pay you for. I do believe a lot of the inventions we currently have start out trying to solve nobler problems but end up being commercialized. The irony of it is I’m sending this over the internet where there’s cookies, ISPs looking into your data, databases being built to understand your customer activity, ads waiting for you to be clicked on, movies that you haven’t watched that your friends have & you can’t get in on these social conversations but you need to. Just because. What is this weird place. Planet Earth. Weird. I want to elaborate on my idea of how a world should be built on good will & not money but probably later.

For now, life has no meaning. Do your own thing, you don’t have to bow down or cow to the group mentality unless it really aligns with yours in which case don’t try to change your opinion just to seem that you’re different. There’s 7.5 billion people out there & more being born every second. There’s a hundred of them that probably were born between the beginning of the sentence & here’s a hundred more. You’re not different, you’re not unique, you’re not queer,weird. You’re nobody & at the same time that makes you just like everybody. This is a weird place you’re on & life is a weird journey you’re on. None of us can see the future. It’d be so much cooler though if we could.

Enough for now. I’ve typed too much. Maybe. Who cares?!
